Marketing That Moves
People and Numbers

I am a marketing and branding expert who uses behavioural psychology, AI and big data to build brands people remember and campaigns that actually convert.

With 6+ years across B2B, B2B2C, B2C and D2C in fintech, cybersecurity, edtech, real estate and creative agencies across India and the UK, I have built brands from zero, repositioned existing ones, sharpened brand narratives, run multi-channel campaigns, closed enterprise deals, managed complex client relationships, and built marketing pipelines that grow businesses, solve business problems, build or shift brand perception and drive sales. Most importantly, I understand how you can best benefit from marketing your brand, product or service and I make sure that clarity reaches your audience.

What makes me different: I understand why people buy, not just how to reach them. My decisions and strategies are backed by data and driven by consumer psychology. I do not push. I build the story that makes the other person move.

If you are looking for someone who thinks strategically, solves problems independently and can automate your entire marketing engine without losing the human touch, you are in the right place.

Also, a Human Being

I read people before I read briefs. I spiral down rabbit holes at 2am because curiosity is not a trait, it is a compulsion. I have a diploma in Kathak and trained in Latin dance forms, which means I understand rhythm, timing and when to hold back for impact.

I am an avid gamer, which means I understand systems, user behaviour, progression loops and the psychology of reward, all of which quietly feed into how I think about campaigns. I swim and I run when I need to reset. I read psychology and fantasy in equal measure because understanding how minds work and escaping into worlds that do not exist are, honestly, the same impulse.

I am obsessed with AI and what it keeps becoming. Not as a trend to follow but as a genuine shift in how humans and systems interact. I am also deeply politically curious, the algorithm confirmed it long before I did.

I am a dog mum from afar (two dogs, infinite guilt, maximum love). And yes, I vibe coded this website with AI, because that is exactly the kind of person I am.

Some thoughts live rent free in my head. I wrote them down. →

Work Experience

Marketing Strategist
Assurix · London · Cybersecurity Startup
Sept 2025 – Nov 2025

The CEO came to me with a problem worth solving. Assurix was building the UK's first MSP Trustmark, a certification that would hold managed service providers to a higher standard. Smart idea. Hard sell.

The real challenge was the SMEs. When a small business looks for IT support they Google "MSP near me", get fifty results, pick based on price and reviews, and hope for the best. No standard. No trust signal. My job was to make SMEs care enough to demand the Trustmark from their MSPs.

I had two months. I built the brand strategy, launch messaging, multi-channel campaigns, partner onboarding kit and storytelling assets. The moment I am most proud of: the CEO wanted a simple fine dining evening for launch guests. I turned it into five-minute recorded interviews with every guest, stitched into reels that gave the brand real voices and real momentum online. By early November we had 45 people on the waitlist against a December target of 50. LinkedIn grew from 17 to 700+ followers with a 36% engagement rate. The foundation was built and working.

Branding and Marketing Strategist
NDee · London · Founder's Associate
May 2025 – Sept 2025

NDee was a product still finding its shape when I joined. My job was to help it find its voice before it had a fully funded future.

I built the brand identity and LinkedIn presence from zero, ran multi-channel campaigns from awareness through to conversion, and led the GTM strategy for the product pilot. That meant working across cross-functional teams, building SME buyer plans, and making sure every piece of communication was pulling in the same direction.

But this role went beyond strategy. I was embedded in the product itself. I was part of the pilot testing process, which meant sitting in the meetings, understanding the product from the inside, and feeding real user and market insights back into how we positioned and communicated it. I helped with the website, reached out directly to people for pilot recruitment, and was present in those early conversations where product and market meet for the first time.

I also ran competitor research and UX audits to sharpen the positioning. Not because it was on a brief but because I knew the brand could not afford to be vague in a crowded market. Clarity was the strategy. NDee did not get its funding in time. That is a startup reality, not a reflection of the work. The foundation I built is still there.

Trust My Pet Sitter · Industry Project
May 2025 – Jul 2025

This was a focused consultancy project with one clear goal: help Trust My Pet Sitter get investor-ready.

I ran investor research and competitor analysis to identify the right funding profiles, evaluated the market to shortlist the best-fit investors, and built a phased two-year marketing and growth strategy complete with KPIs and funding benchmarks.

The work was precise and purposeful. Not a general strategy deck but a document built to answer the exact questions an investor would ask before saying yes.

Account Manager
Pink Lemonade Communication · India · Brand and Digital Agency
May 2022 – Jun 2024

Pink Lemonade was growing fast. Fast enough that the cracks were starting to show. I was not hired to fix that. But I did anyway.

Over two years I ran 50+ campaigns across B2B and B2C clients including Bertelsmann Investment India, Kurlon and Cinebels. I was not just the account manager. I was the person who won the client, built the strategy, coordinated the team, checked the quality, hit the deadline, and made sure the client felt good about all of it. Business development and account management in the same breath, every day.

I brought in 12 new client accounts by diagnosing what a brand was actually missing before walking into the room. At one point I was running 21 active projects simultaneously across different clients, teams and timelines. I built task lists, streamlined internal processes, organised cross-functional workflows across copywriters, designers, performance specialists, videographers and developers. Escalations came constantly. I learned to see them coming before they arrived.

By the time I left the agency had delivered INR 1.5M in revenue through the accounts I managed and had been acquired by Havas.

Fincity · India · Commercial Associate
May 2021 – May 2022

Fincity was a real estate fintech with ambition and a sales problem. I was brought in to solve both.

I managed 1,500 clients and 50+ partners and delivered 15% conversion growth in 11 months. But the moment that defined this role happened when COVID-19 made in-person everything impossible overnight.

I did not wait for a new playbook. I built one. I pivoted the entire engagement model to webinar-led, redesigned the outreach and onboarding process from scratch, and brought in 33 enterprise clients remotely at a time when most people were just trying to survive. By the end of the year I had generated INR 1.6 Crore individually.

I was also promoted to manage a team of four handling inbound and outbound calls for residential and commercial clients. Being close to the actual sales conversations meant I could build marketing campaigns rooted in real selling pain points, not assumptions. That combination of marketing and sales intelligence is something I have carried into every role since.

Nov 2018 – Apr 2021

This was my first real lesson in personal brand and persuasion.

I built a network of 54+ members from scratch, trained them on onboarding and conversion, and marketed products entirely through direct relationships and peer referral. No ad budget. No agency. Just the ability to understand what someone needed and communicate why this was the answer.

It was also where I first understood that the best salespeople do not sell. They listen, they diagnose, and they make the decision feel obvious. That instinct has shaped everything I have done in marketing since.

Northern Trust Corporation · Global Financial Services
May 2018 – May 2019

Northern Trust was my first job out of university and it taught me two things that still matter: how to work with precision inside a large institution, and how much a person can improve a process if they are paying attention.

I automated data reconciliation workflows in Excel, improving process efficiency by 20%, and supported quarterly forecasts and variance reports for finance leadership.

I was not a marketer yet. But I was already someone who looked at a system and asked how it could work better. That has not changed.

Behind the Bullet Points

Nine Moments That
Shaped How I Work

Real stories. Not polished case studies. The experiences that built my instincts as a strategist.

Pivoting a Business Model Mid-Crisis
When COVID-19 hit and in-person everything stopped, I did not wait for instructions. I redesigned the entire engagement model around webinars, onboarded 33 enterprise clients with zero face-to-face interaction, and sustained revenue through one of the worst downturns in real estate history. That is not luck. That is strategic instinct under pressure.
Juggling 21 Projects. Zero Dropped.
At the agency, short-staffed and overloaded, I managed 21 live client projects simultaneously for three months straight. I built a rolling priority system that kept every deliverable on track. The CEO noticed. More importantly, not one client noticed there was a problem.
Treating Escalations as Opportunities
Escalations came constantly across design, dev, copy, SEO, paid media, clients, vendors and influencers. I learned to spot them before they happened and turn friction into trust moments with clients. That skill does not come from a course. It comes from doing.
When Processes Save Everything
Some accounts were failing because no one had set the right expectations. I got pulled in specifically because I am process-driven by instinct. Buffer time, clear communication, consumer psychology-backed messaging. It is not just what you say. It is how the other person receives it.
Deals That Feel Like Solving Puzzles
Closing a deal meant identifying the real pain point beneath what the client said, building a custom solution, selling it, then delivering with the team. No script. Real problems, real solutions. I won 12 new accounts this way. Every one felt like a problem solved, not a transaction closed.
The Story Always Wins
I am persuasive because I construct narratives that land. I can say the same thing a hundred different ways. I will always choose the version the other person is most likely to act on. That is why I am good at both sales and marketing. The story is always the strategy.
When Marketing Is the Only Answer
When the Assurix founder reached out I realised quickly this was not a standard marketing brief. It was a category creation problem. Assurix sells a Trustmark to MSPs. But the moment an MSP signs up, they can no longer cut corners. So why would they? The product only works if there is demand pulling from the other side, and that demand had to come from SMEs, the very people MSPs serve. I built the strategy around this dual-persona reality. Every campaign, every message, every piece of content designed to work on both sides of the same equation. That is not execution. That is problem diagnosis first.
What It Actually Means to Understand a Product
Most marketers position products from the outside. I have always believed the better way is to get inside them first. At NDee I was not just building campaigns. I was part of the pilot testing process, sitting in the meetings, using the product, recruiting the pilot users, and in the room when real feedback came back to the development team. When I pitched the product to potential pilot participants I was not reading from a brief. I understood what it actually did, where it was strong, and where it needed work. The insights I brought back shaped both the product roadmap and the marketing narrative at the same time. That is what product marketing really means. Not a title. A way of working.

Tools and Platforms

I do not just know these tools. I know which one to use, when to use it, and how to combine them to do what usually takes a whole team. And what I do not know yet, I learn on the go. AI is fundamentally rebuilding the workplace. The entire internet was built for humans but studies suggest AI agents will soon use it more than people do. Agent-native search. Agent-native commerce. Agent-native discovery. Every category is open again. Not a redesign. A complete rebuild. I intend to be on top of it.

Where I Add the
Most Value

I work best where marketing is taken seriously. Whether that is an agency with ambitious clients, a brand that wants to own its marketing function, or a founder who needs someone to bridge marketing and sales, I add real value when there is ownership, trust and a clear goal. I am good at reading people and asking the right questions, which helps me shape the right narrative and sell the right thing to the right person at the right time.

Ideal Roles
  • Marketing Strategist at an agency or brand side
  • Brand Strategist leading positioning and narrative
  • Commercial or Sales-Led Marketing role
  • Marketing Automation lead with full ownership
  • Growth and Product Marketing Manager
  • Assistant Marketing Director or Head of Marketing
Environments Where I Thrive
  • Startups and scaleups that move fast and trust their people
  • Agencies with complex briefs and ambitious clients
  • Brand-side teams investing in AI-driven marketing
  • Founders who need one person across marketing and sales
  • Teams that measure output, not hours
